The Team at Jordans have secured another set of Not Guilty Verdicts in a Historic Abuse Case .

This case involved complaints by two complainants and the Team led by Mark Newby and case support from Trainee Solicitor Katy Harris undertook a robust challenge which resulted in an outcome which allowed our client to return to his life unconvicted .

The team undertook a robust approach to disclosure from day 1 and using the extensive material which was obtained from the Crown , Counsel David Godfrey of Crown Chambers was able to expose the unreliability of the allegations made with the desired outcome .

We were all delighted with the outcome for our client in what are always challenging cases .
