Category A Prisoners are held under the most strict restrictions in the Prison Estate which impacts upon their quality of life and ability to make progress towards release .
Due to this they are entitled annually to a Cat A review to see if they are eligible to move to less restrictive conditions .
We can represent in Cat A reviews for which public funding is available . Strong representations can lead to a positive move to less restrictive conditions which also allows you to make further progress towards release .
