Conveyancing Clerk

Full Time Doncaster

We are looking for a Conveyancing Clerk to join our team based in Doncaster.

We are looking for a motivated and determined individual to join our Conveyancing team, assisting with managing property transactions from file opening to completion. As you gain experience and knowledge, there will be opportunities to take on increased responsibilities and a broader range of duties.

Role

Working closely with the conveyancing team to deliver a range of work including:

  1. Supporting fee earners by advancing conveyancing transactions through the management and maintenance of conveyancing files
  2. Progressing files through our case management systems , you will be comfortable in the full use of a range of modern technology.
  3. Handling initial inquiries, offering quotes, and clarifying procedures to clients. Liasing between buyers, sellers and state agents

Candidate

Experience in Conveyancing or legal support is preferred but not essential, if you do not have direct conveyancing experience you will be required ot demonstrate how your previous skills are transferable to make this role successful .

Salary will be fixed according to experience, but we expect to award a salary in the Region of £22k to £25k, along with a standard package relating to holiday entitlement and work-related pension. We operate a flexible working policy.

Probate Practitioner

Full Time Doncaster

We are looking for an Experienced Probate Practitioner to join our team based in Doncaster.

We are seeking a candidate with drive and determination to deliver on the firms increasing workload and to play a key role in pushing our Private Client Department onwards into the future. You would be working in our Wills and Probate Department. This role is a flexible working position, and we can offer a mix between office work and home working.

Role
Working closely with the firm’s Senior Partner and Private Client team to deliver a range of work, including:
• Wills
• Probate Administration

It would be a bonus if you also had skills or an interest in:
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection Work

You will also be someone that will be as comfortable promoting your department and the firm as you are in delivering Fee Earning Work.
The firm runs a full range of case management systems, and you will be comfortable in the full use of a range of modern technology.
We have a strong and committed support team ready to assist in file management and administration of cases.

Candidate
You should have experience in probate law, with the ability to independently manage a diverse caseload of probate matters. A strong working knowledge of the entire probate process, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
Experience and Package

Probate Clerk

Full Time Doncaster

We are looking for a Probate Clerk to join our team based in Doncaster.

We are looking for a motivated and determined individual to support our Wills and Probate department with handling wills and probate cases from file opening through to completion. The ideal candidate will work accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care. There is potential for the successful candidate to take on more responsibility and a wider variety of work as their knowledge and experience grows.

Role
Working closely with the wills and probate team to deliver a range of work including:

  1. Supporting all stages of wills and probate transactions, from file opening to distribution.
  2. Working with Fee Earners to prepare wills, probate applications, powers of attorney, trusts, and other related legal documents.
  3. Regularly liaising with clients, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring a high level of client care throughout the process.
  4. Use of case management software to organise and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records; you will be comfortable in the full use of a range of modern technology.

Candidate
Experience in Wills & Probate work is preferred but not essential, in which case you will be expected to demonstrate transferable skills which make you suitable for this position .
Salary will be fixed by reference to experience, but expect to offer a salary in the band of £22k – £25k together with a standard package for holiday entitlement and work-based pension. We operate a flexible working policy within the firm.

Conveyancing Solicitor

Full Time Doncaster

We are looking for an Experienced Conveyancer to join our team based in Doncaster.

We are seeking an experienced candidate with the drive and determination to manage residential property transactions. You will help deliver on our established conveyancing work ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients , contributing to our future development . You will be working closely with the Firms Senior Partner and Conveyancing team to deliver against an extensive portfolio of conveyancing transactions.

As part of our Flexible working policies this role can be office based or mix office time with home working .

Role

You will be :

  1. Managing a portfolio of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new builds. To include all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion.
  2. Working with Lenders , Estate Agents and other professionals to deliver on our clients objectives .
  3. Carrying out legal searches, investigate titles and handle all aspects of exchange of contracts and completions .

You will also be someone that will be comfortable promoting your department and the firm as you are in delivering Fee Earning work.

The firm runs a full range of case management systems, and you will be comfortable in the full use of a range of modern technology. Our committed support team will be on hand to help with the administration and progress of transactions .

Candidate

You should have experience in residential conveyancing, with the capability to independently handle a diverse caseload. We are looking for a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process, including compliance and regulatory requirements .
