We seek a candidate with drive and determination to deliver on the firms debt recovery workload.

The right candidate will have experience in the following;

• Debt recovery
• Enforcement proceedings
• Insolvency actions
• Handling their own caseload
• Using case management software

You will also be someone that will be as comfortable promoting your Department and the firm as you are in delivering Fee Earning Work.

Candidate

You will be an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal / Legal executive.  We will consider a range of experience as the right candidate is the most important factor. Salary range as guidance: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Working closely with the Firms Senior Partner and Private Client team to deliver a range of work  including

• Wills
• Probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection Work
• A willingness and experience to undertake conveyancing work will be an advantage.
