We have been pursuing a challenge against the UK Government in Strasbourg . The Court have now informed us that they are now considering relinquishing the case to the Grand Chamber ( the Courts Highest Tribunal ) which it is hoped would pave the way for there to be a hearing before the ECHtR as soon as possible .

We welcome this development and hope that it is determined as soon as practicable as in the meantime those who have been wrongfully convicted are for the most denied any restitution by the State .
